A Year in Review.. Thanks for a Wonderful Year!!

WulfiesEssentials 1st Year

W.Etopposts2017

I want to start by saying.. THANK YOU to all of you for your likes, visits & support this past year. It was challenging & stressful yet adventurous & exciting and All of you made it worth every grey hair I acquired 😉Everything I ever read prior to starting my blog did not prepare me for the “mishaps” and struggles I encountered. Just goes to show that no matter how much you plan, prepare, organize..Life can throw curve balls left and right. You just have to accept them, learn from them and keep moving forward. Never give up passion to succeed.

Here are a few of my most popular patterns I released in 2017!! My Top 5 🙂

Number 1

Lion Brand Mandala Yarn Review

 Mandala Totes

Unicorn Garden/ Gnomey were patterns inspired by Lion Brand Mandala yarn. I am utterly in love with this yarn. Making these mandalas are not only fun.. they give me a piece of serenity. When I finished my first 2 I was alittle taken back at the amount of feed back and positive comments I received. Of course a highlight was having Lion Brand ask permission to use my photo. Number 2

Tips, Tricks, Basics & How To.. Post

This was my first attempt at pixel crochet. It is a very easy concept but also a bit on the time consuming side. The possibilities and techniques you can use are endless. More can be read in blog post … Pixel Crochet

Number 3

Caribbean Ruana Pattern

I made this shortly after I found Red Heart Yarns Ombre. I wanted to make a item that would show off the colors of this yarn. I was impressed with how it turned out and by the “polls” so did everyone else 😉 more can be read about this yarn.. here and pattern .. here

Number 4

Snuggle Buddy Easter Poofs

This oversized amigurumi animals were fun to make. I have been doing amigurumi for a few years, just in the “normal” scale. I had purchased a few Bernat Blanket yarn skeins and decided to go big for my Easter Projects.  These guys were a big hit 🙂  Post can be found here.

Number 5

Sands of Time Bandana Scarf Pattern

This pattern basically just fell into my lap so to speak. Living in a state that usually doesn’t see cold weather it is hard to find a proper jacket to keep warm when Mother Nature decides to send the chill. The combination of the style and Lion Brands Landscape yarn make this scarf the ultimate in soft, cozy and wind proof  winter apparel 😉 For Pattern click Here…. Again I want to Thank each and everyone that has made this past year a very memorable year. I can’t wait to start the New Year on this positive note. I have soo many ideas and new things planned for this next year.

I Wish You All a Wonderful, Prosperous & Adventurous New Year !!!
